Areas of practice.

A litigation and dispute-resolution practice with an integrated bench of counsel admitted before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi and specialised tribunals.

Three decades
at the bar.

An independent partnership, deliberately scaled, committed to the institutions and clients we serve.

Founded in 1993 by K. J. John, the firm has, over three decades, advised on matters that have shaped Indian commercial law — from the early years of liberalisation to the modern regulatory state. We act for Indian and multinational corporations, banks, regulators and individuals before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts and the country's principal tribunals.

Our work is led personally by partners and grounded in careful preparation. The firm's recent matters have included representation in SEBI proceedings of national importance, insolvency proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT, and arbitrations conducted under domestic and international rules.

The partnership.

Counsel of standing, with admissions before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. Partners lead matters personally, supported by a small bench of associates.
