Amarjit is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He has over twenty-four years of litigation practice and is a gold medallist in the Advocate on Record exam conducted by the Supreme Court of India. He began his career with Mr. Aruneshwar Gupta, then Additional Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan.
Amarjit specialises in commercial litigation and acts as strategic advisor to senior management of his corporate clients. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across India, and before tribunals including the NCLAT, the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, the DRAT and the DRT.

Gaganpreet Sandhu is a Partner with over 25 years of experience in dispute resolution, regulatory litigation, white-collar crime and corporate advisory. His practice encompasses complex real estate and commercial disputes, financial and economic offences, regulatory investigations, and proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
He has advised and represented clients in several high-value and sensitive matters involving complex questions of law, regulatory compliance and commercial interests.
